Opener replacements come up often too - not because the doors are bad, but because a chain-drive unit installed decades ago on an older door eventually gives out, and the housing around it doesn't match anything currently on shelves. We'll say plainly that we don't try to force a modern opener bracket onto a frame that was never built for it; sometimes the right call is reinforcing the header first, and we'll tell you that rather than bolt on a quick fix that won't hold.
